FOOD IN NEW YORK

NEW YORK, 21– 26 NOVEMBER 2017

FOOD IN NEW YORK

This week I traveled for the first time to New York. It wasn’t easy for me to tell which restaurants are good or not.

There were so many restaurants, but the area that had various choices was SOHO. There you can find any type of food you want and most of the restaurants are good. I didn’t have enough time to try all the best restaurants in the area but I’m planning to try other places, and also other types of food in my next trip to New York.

Here are some of the restaurants I’ve tried and I would say they are my favorite so far.

  • The Meatball Shop is a restaurant located in East Village.

  • Rosemary´s  is another Italian restaurant situated in the heart of Greenwich Village.

  • Lombardi´s is the first pizzeria in the United States. Located in Little Italy, and they’ve been serving Pizza since 1905.

I’ve never tried a delicious pizza as Lombardi’s, we ordered different pizzas and all of them were so good.

  1. Thanks for these reviews, you’ve actually made the job of choosing the right place to eat amongst a sea of options much easier for people like me. I’ve heard of Soho but never been there so it’s good to know there are ample dining options. I love your red sweater in the first pic by the way, it’s adorable !

  2. I’ve friends in NYc who swear by their hair because of the restaurants in NYC. Lol. It’s always a rave about the city’s food. Seeing what the city has to offer cuisinewise in your posts, now I know why. You look cute in all pictures.

  3. Though I’m spoiled by the warmth of San Diego, my move away from New York definitely cost me the best food in the country. So glad you were able to try some of the city’s great restaurants- the hole in the wall options will always taste better to me than the newer spots. This post definitely has me planning another trip back ASAP!

  4. I bet New York is just a great city to explore if you are a foodie. It’s interesting to see how the Italian restaurants have adapted and serve food with an American twist. Except Lombardi, I would really like to try their pizza. It looks delicious, just like the one in Italy.

  5. Loved your faux fur top! So chic! When I was in NYC I indulged in some pizza as well, but I didn’t try meatball soup, which looks mouthwatering. Looks like you had a fabulous time! Happy travels xoxo
